ACS
ACS (Anti-Creo-Soot) is a creosote remover. This is a non-toxic product that dries glazed creosote and makes it easier to be removed by a chimney sweep. ACS comes in a powder form as well as a liquid.
Creaway
Creaway is a creosote modifier. Just as ACS, creaway dries the glazed creosote making it easier to be removed by a chimney sweep. Please note: This product does not replace the annual inspection and/or cleaning by a chimney sweep.
Chimney Saver
Chimney Saver is a water repellent we use on masonry
chimneys. Water is one of the leading causes of the chimney falling apart. When applied, the Chimney Saver penetrates the exterior, blocking the water from damaging your chimney. Unlike most water sealants, Chimney Saver has a 10 year warranty.
Masonry Heaters
Masonry Heaters are efficient wood-burning appliances. The heat generated from the fire goes through many feet of internal flues, which disperse heat for many hours after the fire is out. Masonry heaters can be custom built to suit your preferences and the size of your home.
Stainless Steel Liners
Cracked and unlined chimneys are a Potential Safety Hazard, due to the fact that there is a chance of carbon monoxide and fire entering your home. Even the gases from your oil furnace can damage a clay liner, causing it to start spalling and possibly release carbon monoxide in your home. Stainless steel liners have a lifetime warranty and can increase the efficiency of your appliance. Even upon having a stainless steel liner installed, it is strongly recommended that you have your chimney inspected yearly.
Chimney Caps
We supply stainless steel and copper chimney caps. Though it is not required to have a cap on your chimney, they do serve many purposes. A chimney cap offers protection from the elements, and can keep animals and debris out of your chimney.
