How scheduling works: We offer appointments Monday through Friday, in the following slots: 8:30 - 9:00am | 10:00 - 11:00am | 12:00 - 1:00pm | 1:00 - 3:00 pm. These time periods are the expected arrival time of the technician(s). We have flexible scheduling to allow for travel time, any unforseen details that require extra time at a job, etc. A normal service call is expected to take between 30 minutes and an hour. Please indicate which time period would work best for you on the form below.
